What is a Nutrition and Lifestyles coach?

A Nutrition and Lifestyle coach is someone who forms a collaborative, working relationship with a client, helping that individual set and achieve nutrition and lifestyle goals. A nutrition and lifestyle coach can help their clients identify obstacles to success and develop strategies to overcome those obstacles. They provide motivation and encouragement along with practical guidance and support.

A coach can provide support in a one to one setting or through group interactions. The value of peer support for individuals working on a similar goal can help to accelerate progress and provide a supportive environment and community, which can also help make the journey more enjoyable.

The areas that a Nutrition and Lifestyle coach can help with include,

  • Weight loss

  • Weight gain

  • Sticking to nutritional goals

  • Sleep

  • Exercise 

  • Stress management

  • General wellbeing

  • Goal development and achievement 

What are your fees?

An initial consultation is £80, which includes a full assessment of where the individual is on their journey and lifestyle and health questionnaires to help assess what support would be most appropriate.

 

Clients can book a session to develop a Wellness Plan for £115, which is a two hour session to fully understand an individuals goals and to plan a plan of how to get there.

 

Follow up sessions are £60. Most clients would benefit from a minimum of six sessions to really start to make progress towards their goals, but this is agreed as part of the Wellness Plan.
